How will visual
communication change in the next decade?
For sure the visual communication
in the next decade will change because of the changes the technology is making
from day to day. I think that certain visual communication will change towards
the technology, meaning; if for example tablets are changing in certain way the
visual communication for a tablet will change to be able to be used on that
tablet. When saying “to be able to be used” I'm referring for both viewing and
doing that particular visual communication piece.
I think that programs (software)
will be updated, or even new programs will be done in a way that you will be
able to do an artwork in a way much more different than it is today. Even I
also think that 2D printing (normal paper printing) won’t be used that much if
not used at all, and instead of billboards/posters in the streets we will have
monitors and everything will be stored in a cloud storage, and/or they will be
done in a 3D method.
What will your
favourite websites look like, and why do you think so?
I think that websites won’t
be changed in their layout or their structure, I think what changes is, the way
we see a website. I think that in the future we will have the opportunity to
see a website in a 3D mode, this means that it would be projected in the air
and will be seen like that, while buttons, scrolling, etc. will all be done
with hand motion. In other words it would be a hologram website.
